Global Rollout assignment on Dynamics 365 to Engage!

Clients

We at Engage are happy to announce that we have been entrusted with a significant global rollout assignment, where Dynamics 365 will transform operations for a professional services client across 40 countries.

The global rollout involves creating mixed teams composed of Engage professionals and the client’s internal experts. This collaborative approach enhances knowledge sharing and accelerates the learning curve for employees across various locations. By leveraging the strengths of both organizations, Engage is poised to deliver a successful project that meets the specific needs of each subsidiary while ensuring consistency in operational processes.

In the coming months, Engage will conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations to ensure that staff members feel confident using the new system. This proactive approach minimizes disruption and fosters a culture of acceptance around the new technology, which is essential for successful software implementation. Furthermore, continuous feedback will be an integral part of the rollout process, allowing adjustments to be made swiftly based on user experiences and requirements. This alignment ensures that the implementation process will be seamless, allowing the client’s subsidiaries to transition smoothly into using Dynamics 365.

“Our customer is a perfect match for Engage. They are global and have strong internal expertise in both Dynamics and driving projects without system integrators. In this type of project, Engage can really show a difference and help our customers succeed together with us!”  says Henrik Christensson, Partner and CEO at Engage Group.

Why choose Dynamics 365?

In today’s fast-paced business environment, adapting and implementing robust technology solutions is crucial for success. One such solution is Microsoft Dynamics 365, a cloud-based suite that integrates various business processes to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Moreover, Dynamics 365’s scalability makes it an appropriate choice for enterprises operating globally. Its modular design means companies can begin with the core functionalities they need and expand as their operations grow. This flexibility is particularly advantageous for a professional services firm with diverse service lines and geographical presence.

As more businesses opt for in-house decision-making capabilities, Engage is well-positioned to support them with an approach rooted in understanding the unique challenges faced by organizations transitioning to a comprehensive solution like Dynamics 365. Through meticulous planning, expert guidance, and targeted training programs, we aim to empower our clients to harness the platform’s full potential.
