About the role
As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect at Engage, you will lead and participate in exciting implementation projects and assignments for our clients. At the same time, an ambitious and engaged team of experts surrounds you. In this role, you have the opportunity to focus on the end-to-end customer journey by identifying the client’s needs and requirements, drawing the roadmap in close collaboration with the client, designing and implementing the solution, and supporting the client in go-live, roll-outs, and user adaption. You will participate in new, complex implementation projects and cloud migrations and advise and help our clients with further development and adoption of evergreen strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate and drive workshops with client stakeholders
• Gather and define functional, technical, operational, and user requirements
• Design functional and technical architecture and define the product backlog
• Implement the solution/platform throughout the project lifecycle
• Change management and user adoption
• Analyze and review architecture and solution implementations
• Ensure compliance towards “Success by Design” and other best-practice patterns from Microsoft
• Lead and guide our nearshore development teams
• Follow and stay up to date with Microsoft’s roadmap and industry trends

Experience and skills
• +8 years of experience with ERP implementations
• At least five full-lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations
• Comprehensive understanding of the Azure stack, including patterns and practices related to Dynamics 365
• Comprehensive understanding of the Power Platform stack, including patterns and practices related to Dynamics 365
• Professional in Swedish and English
• MVP or Fast Track recognition is a plus
