Solution Specialist

About the role
As a solution specialist at Engage, you will lead and participate in exciting implementation projects and assignments for our clients while an ambitious and engaged team of experts surrounds you. In this role, you have the opportunity to focus on the end-to-end customer journey from identifying the client’s needs and requirements, drawing the roadmap in close collaboration with the client, designing and implementing the solution, and supporting the client in go-live, roll-outs and user adoption. You will participate in new, complex implementation projects, cloud migrations and advise and support our clients with further development and adoption of evergreen strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and drive workshops with client stakeholders
- Gather and define functional, technical, operational, and user requirements
- Design functional and technical architecture and define the product backlog
- Implement the solution/platform throughout the project lifecycle
- Change management and user adoption
- Analyse and review architecture and solution implementations
- Ensure compliance towards “Success by Design” and other best-practice patterns from Microsoft
- Lead and guide our nearshore development teams
- Follow and stay up to date with Microsoft’s roadmap and industry trends

Experience and skills
- +5 years of experience with CRM implementations
- At least three full-lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- CRM migrations/Cloud migrations (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, SAP etc.)
- Professional in Swedish and English
Workshop facilitation, business process design, and requirements gathering
Integration and migration strategies
Experience in retail and/or manufacturing is a plus
Experience in managing/leading teams both on- and nearshore is a plus
Experience in adopting Agile principles and using Azure DevOps is a plus
