We recently had the pleasure of welcoming several new colleagues to Engage! With this, we had our Introduction Days at the Stockholm office, with some joining in on Teams. These days where focused on onboarding sessions and a walkthrough of how we work, our culture, our delivery, and projects. It also served as an opportunity to get to know who we are and what it means to be a part of our team.

During the days, our new team members got an in-depth look at how we approach delivery, collaboration, and customer success with Dynamics 365, with topics such as:

• How we run successful projects and work with the Microsoft platforms

• What it means to be a consultant at Engage

• How we collaborate internally and continuously share knowledge

• Our mindset around professional development and long-term growth

An eventful after-work

After a packed day, we headed to an after-work event with the Stockholm team. This time, we challenged ourselves in a curling match, which was a perfect blend of strategy and teamwork. Afterwards, we wrapped up the evening with a nice dinner and good food!
