We have completed another successful GoLive and transitioned into a significant phase in our partnership with one of our leading global B2B retail clients. In this latest wave of their ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout, we launched operations in three key new markets: one in Europe and two in the Middle East.
This marks the third wave of an extensive global program where we’ve been steadily expanding operations. Each wave is carefully executed, covering between 3 to 5 markets, with our team working to meet local legal and regulatory requirements without compromising global consistency. The rollout process includes adapting to local tax systems, financial reporting regulations, and compliance frameworks, while ensuring the Dynamics 365 solution stays robust, scalable, and adaptable to the client’s global strategy.

This go-live and method are so successful because they balance maintaining global uniformity and accommodating local market nuances. By leveraging a global template for Dynamics 365, we ensured a streamlined deployment process while customizing the solution for each market’s unique needs.
