Global roll-outs

Engage Expands Role in Global Dynamics 365 Rollout

We at Engage Group have been entrusted with increased responsibility in a major global rollout project for Dynamics 365 with one of our valued customers.

Strengthening Strategic Roles for Success

The new assignment builds on our existing involvement, where Engage plays a significant role in the customer’s Dynamics 365 rollout team. Our experts have been instrumental in driving key elements of the program, collaborating closely with the customer’s internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient rollout.

“Engage already has a large part of the rollout team for Dynamics 365 in a larger program with our customer, so we are very happy to have been given the responsibility to staff and operate another part of the program with our experts. Engage shows both the width and depth of our specialists. Engage fits perfectly in this type of project where the customer has great competence internally but needs to strengthen strategic roles in, for example, a rollout,” says Henrik Christenson, CEO and partner at Engage.

Delivering Value Through Expertise

This trust from our customers is a testament to Engage’s ability to provide both breadth and depth of expertise. Our consultants have extensive experience leading rollout projects for Dynamics 365 across various industries. With a deep understanding of both technology and business processes, we’re uniquely positioned to guide customers through critical transformation journeys.

The expanded assignment will see Engage taking responsibility for a new segment of the rollout, focusing on:

  • Change Management: Ensuring smooth adoption and user engagement throughout the organization.

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Aligning the Dynamics 365 solution with business requirements and goals.

  • Project Governance: Establishing strong structures to keep the project on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
