HEAD OF FINANCE
Hybrid - Stockholm
We are looking for the person that will take charge of everything we do around finance. We call the position Head of Finance and this is what you will do:
· Financial reporting and planning
· Planning, reporting, follow-up and forecasting (internal and board of directors)
· Budgeting on company and group level
· Optimisation of costs and tuning revenue streams
· Improvement and scaling
· Lead and build a finance function scalable for sustainable growth
· Set-up consolidated account structure for the Group
· Design processes for budget, follow-up, forecasting and planning
· Selection of internal tools and IT systems
· Administration
· Invoicing
· Onboarding/offboarding of employee related finance topics
· Control and own the relation to our accounting partner, who does most practical tasks, as AP, expenses and salaries
Personal Skills
· You like structure and to keep things in order
· You pay attention to details without losing the overall picture
· You are a doer, ready to roll-up your sleeve and take responsibility
· You want to work in a fast-growing and agile company
· You want to grow into the role and you have the dedication to make it your own
· You can combine hands-on practical work with visionary thinking
Preferred experience:
· University degree in business administration, preferably finance or accounting
· At least three years of work experience in finance and accounting
· Experience from a consulting or technology company is an advantage
· Excellent skills in Swedish and English
The Head of Finance will report to the group CEO and work closely with our accounting partner. It is a hybrid position based at our HQ in Stockholm, offering remote work and expecting physical presence when needed.

SENIOR DYNAMICS 365 SPECIALISTS
Hybrid - All offices
You will be involved in large-scale and end-to-end international projects where you will play a key role with our team in designing and delivering solutions to our clients. You will drive industry innovation by delivering Dynamics 365 solutions. You will be part of creating cutting-edge technologies in collaboration with the product team at Microsoft, managed by our MVP, Fast Track Architect architecture board.
You will frequently participate in exciting projects from various market segments, building a robust and solid Dynamics career with experienced managers and colleagues. If you are interested, we also offer a mentor program to, in a safe and controlled way excel from stream lead to architect or industry expert within Retail, Professional services or Manufacturing.
